We can’t wait to welcome you to South Swell! We are a short walk to the oceanfront where you can get your daily dose of Vitamin D! NEWLY RENOVATED! Featuring three balconies and a pool deck for plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Grab your sandwich from Waves and enjoy it on the picnic table, or cook on the grill. Rinse off in our outdoor shower, and experience the peace this home offers! The main deck also offers spectacular views of the stars in the night sky!

Guests have access to the entire house and pool area.

Our neighborhood is right off 12, we are at the end of a cul de sac, and just a few houses from the beach access. The beach here is not crowded, it’s quite spacious and beautiful!

You will want to have a car, we are about 20 minutes to major grocery, but have some excellent restaurants and shops in our general area that are walking distance as well.
