Booking directly with us offers a range of benefits, including access to our best rates and exclusive offers, personalized attention and assistance, and the assurance that you are working with a trusted and reliable provider. Additionally, booking direct allows you to communicate directly with us, ensuring a seamless and stress-free booking experience.
If you are booking more than 60 days in advance, you have the option to pay half of your stay up front and the remaining balance 60 days prior to check in. If you are booking 60 days or less from the date of your stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.Â
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of $250 to $500 depending on the property you are booking. This security deposit is in place in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and confirmation of property condition. If there is no damage, the hold will be released and you will not be charged any fees.
We have a strict cancellation policy in place. Your booking is fully refundable (minus a processing fee) up to 60 days before your arrival. If you need to cancel less than 60 days in advance, your cleaning fee will be refunded but the balance of your stay is non-refundable. Â

Our pet policy varies from property to property. Please see each individual listing to determine if well-behaved dogs are allowed or if there is a strict no pet policy. The individual listings will also have information about any required pet fees. Â
If you are travelling with a pet and have additional questions, please reach out to us prior to booking for confirmation.
We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site. Please plan on bringing any cribs, high chairs, or other equipment that your child might require.
Our check in time is at 4:00pm and check out is promptly at 10:00am. We can sometimes be flexible with early check in or late check out, but it is entirely dependent on the cleaner’s schedule.
If you would like to request an early check in or late checkout, please reach out to us directly 24 hours prior to your check in and we will do the best we can to accommodate. There is a $25 per hour fee associated with both of these services.
Please understand that during peak season (May to September) early check in and late check out will not be available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday due to the high volume of turnovers on our cleaner’s calendar.
