Enjoy a breathtaking view at this oceanfront condo for your next vacation! Everything you need is here at Shoreline Lookout, whether you’re looking to enjoy the beach, read a book on a lounge chair by the pool, or a coffee on the patio on a cool summer morning, this is where you’ll want to be.

In this bright and open condo, there is 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a bunk bed off the entrance. The living room features floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating for the family to rest comfortably after a long, sun-filled day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen has all of the supplies you’ll need to make a nice dinner or to pack sandwiches for your day out out and about.

It is just a short drive to Carolina Beach Lake Park, Freeman Park, and a brief walk to events at the lake or the newly expanded boardwalk.

Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay. We do have a locked owner’s closet for our storage, but otherwise everything in the condo is available to use.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

There are 2 parking passes in the condo for use during your stay.

Please Note: The community pool is available seasonally, through Memorial Day-Labor Day. The HOA reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs. This unit is on the third floor of the building (top floor) and stairs are required to access the property.

There is currently a beach re-nourishment project being done in Carolina and Kure beach. This project takes place every 3 years and helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, smart TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not permitted in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Pool Information
The pool is typically open from early May through late September. Management reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs. As with all outdoor pools, occasional leaves or debris may accumulate between routine cleanings, particularly after coastal storms.
